When Crystal Lynn first approached me, I had no idea I could become a coach. She invited me to a five-day boot camp, and from there, everything blossomed. She inspired me to believe, “Maybe I could actually do this.”

I would say that I work in the field of helping others. Everyone has their MSW, everybody's like tops at people and provides like traditional therapy and wants to diagnose and wants to, you know what I mean, get like, it's a very different experience working with Crystal Lynn and doing a coaching program, because it's a different.
Like, I think for someone who comes in and thinks it's kind of like therapy, it's not. And that was one of the things when I first started out, I just wanted to talk about everything.
